How do I order food on GoGstaad?
Open the app, browse the local restaurants near you, build your basket and pay by card or TWINT. You will see the delivery estimate before you confirm, then follow the order live from the kitchen to your door.
How long does delivery usually take?
Most orders land in around 10–35 minutes, depending on the restaurant and where you are in the valley. The estimate is shown on each restaurant before you order, and live tracking keeps you posted from there.
How do I know which restaurants are open?
The app follows each restaurant’s own opening times, so the list you see is what is actually taking orders at that moment — no scrolling through kitchens that closed an hour ago.
How do I book a taxi?
Same app, same account. Set your pickup point and destination and confirm — your request goes to the local taxi companies on the network, and once a driver accepts you can follow the car on the map.
How far can a taxi take me?
Rides are not limited to a delivery zone. We pick you up around Gstaad and the Saanenland, and from there you go wherever you need — a few minutes up the valley, across the region, or straight through to Geneva, Zurich or Bern (Belp).
Can I book a ride in advance?
Yes. Pick a date and time and the ride is scheduled, so the early airport departure is settled the night before and the car is waiting when you are.
How do I pay?
Everything runs through the app — card or TWINT. GoGstaad is cashless, so there is nothing to settle at the door or at the end of the ride, and you see the price before you confirm. One account covers both your meals and your rides.
